Get matched with top foundation repair specialists in Lenox, GA

"These are professional and honest people. Danny Flynn, the crew foreman and Dylan Peebles and Ricky came out and finished the job within 2 days. I am extremely satisfied. Foundation damage is serious business and most homeowners may not be aware or underestimate the importance of finding out if your home needs repairs to your foundation. I recommend to call these guys and let them give your house an assessment if you think you may be experiencing damage to your home's foundation which can be in the form of hairline fractures and/or cracks to your walls both inside and outside the home. Thank you ALPHA FOUNDATIONS!"

"Shore Up Foundation Repair LLC was recommended by Tallahassee Floor Finishing. Jake from Shore Up Foundation Repair showed up bright and early the day after I called. He assessed our situation, came up with a plan, a reasonable price and a schedule right at our kitchen table. One of the most satisfying aspects of working with Shore Up was their communication. Before the crew, Jadon, Devin and Wade, showed up, Jadon texted their arrival time. Any time there was a question or information that needed to be conveyed Jadon kept me informed as to what was happening and when it would happen. Jadon, Devin and Wade worked diligently to complete the job in one day. They discovered a small plumbing leak that I was able to get repaired by a plumber the next day. Jadon showed back up to make sure all was right with the situation. I highly recommend Shore Up Foundation Repair for any encapsulation or moisture problems in your home. They are prompt, friendly, competent and affordable."

Hard working do things the right way

"Charles Rhoden and his team were awesome. When he came to look at the work to be done, I couldn't believe my eyes when he put on something to cover up his clothes and he was into the crawl space in a matter of seconds, closely inspecting the foundation under 2 bathrooms. I believe it was primarily the sills that needed replacing under both bathrooms, as well as a number of other smaller things under the bathroom. There was one primary worker on my job & he was great. He showed up on time several days in a row, worked steadily and was very professional. The one day he couldn't be on the job, he let me know the day before that he had a doctor's appointment the next day. No problem. The work was completed on time, on budget and I was very happy with the work done.
I was getting ready to go to graduate school and had to move out of town.
My house had been converted into a duplex and there was a big area of the floor sagging right in the front entrance of the rental unit. I contacted Charles and he took care of things. Because I didn't have the money to have the job done as it should be done, Charles had a worker come over to stabilize the problem. He poured a concrete base that would support 2"x 6" supports that, with one end on the concrete, they went up and supported plywood. The sub-flooring had rotted out due to water damage. the plywood was placed directly under the sub-flooring / floor and the 2" x 6" supports were put in place on a solid concrete base and the other end was against the plywood. Charles CHARGED ME NOTHING, at all. I couldn't believe it. He said to just think of him the next time I needed any type of foundation work done again.
Charles Rhoden and his team were excellent. The work came in on time, on budget and was done right. What more could you ask for? And then, he charged me nothing for a smaller job, a temporary support that lasted a good 7 or 8 years, when I renovated the house and this part of the sub-flooring was fixed.

"We were disappointed to learn that the home we recently purchased had major mold issues in our crawlspace. We learned after several estimates that the crawlspace issue had not been properly addressed, after we noticed significant moldy, musty odors in our bathroom.
An inspection of the crawlspace revealed the need for immediate mold remediation and repair of our space. We contacted and received estimates from four crawlspace companies, and were far and away impressed the most with Crawl Space Doctor, which now has an office/operation in Charlotte (their address still shows as Savannah, GA).
The owner of the company, Greg McBride visited our home, explained their services, and gave us a very competitive estimate for the work. In addition the materials he offered were of higher quality with being priced at either the same or slightly lower price than all other estimates.
Greg also offers a world-class guarantee, and offers an annual recheck of the work at no cost; he also made a minor repair of the crawlspace dehumidifier at no cost to us.
Greg's crew arrived on time, along with Greg, who regularly returned to check in on the work and his crew's progress. His gentlemen worked extra hours, and did a world-class job throughout the job.  Greg periodically checked in with us, to explain the job status/progress, and answered all our questions.  He obviously knows his business, and also joined with his crew in the crawlspace periodically, to check on the work and their progress.
We researched our options carefully, received 4 estimates from leading companies. Greg and Crawl Space Doctor were far and away the most impressive.
We enthusiastically recommend Crawl Space Doctor should you need work in your crawlspace.

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"The owner, Jon Floyd was very professional and showed up when he said he would. He walked the property with me (the area I needed tree service for is approximately 5-6 acres) and we discussed the the needs of each of the trees I wanted either trimmed or removed. Initially, Jon believed the work could be completed in a single day, although probably a long one. He was prompt in having his insurance agent email a copy of his liability insurance certificate so that I had that before any work began. A three-man crew arrived at around 7:30 am Thursday morning and worked diligently until 5:00 pm. While two of the men loaded up the trucks and cleaned up another came and asked me to review the work they had done. Although they had accomplished a great deal that day there was still a lot more that needed to be done. I pointed out what I still wanted done, with the knowledge that it was going to take a least another day to complete the work. The owner, Jon Floyd arrived with the crew early the next morning and apologized for the work not being finished the previous day as he had predicted. His crew got busy working while Jon and I again walked the property to identify what still needed to be done.
There were several dead trees that I needed to be cut down and removed from the property, one being a huge pine that was killed by lightening. In addition, I had over a dozen other very large trees consisting of pines and hardwoods that needed at least 4 to 8 limbs removed from each one. Even with four men working all day it took the entire day for them to complete the work. Some of the trees couldn't be reached with the lift/bucket and instead required them to actually shimmy up the trees like a lumberjack in order to reach the limbs that needed removing. A dangerous job! They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the mess that the tree cutting and chipping caused, plus hauled it all off. I was not at all upset over it taking longer to complete the job than what Jon first assessed or that it cost more than the original estimate because I knew it was an enormous project, plus we had added a couple more trees to the mix after the initial estimate.
All in all, I am very pleased with the work they did, the time frame they did it in and the amount I was charged. I believe that both where very fair for the amount of work performed. I will not hesitate to use them again in future.
