He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. Kyle Hodges understood exactly what I wanted, and he and his team took out the unsightly cement walkway, and replaced it with a beautiful, wide, curving quartzite walkway at the front of the house and matching step-stones leading around, plus two wrought iron railings on the front porch. His team took about 6 work-days in August 2016 to complete the project (the railings were added later). The result is an elegant approach to my house that combines craft with art."

After having two other companies provide estimates for fixing our basement leak problem, I called AA Action for a third quote. "Basement Gurus arrived to discuss our basement water issue. Dan patiently went over everything and listened to our concerns and answered our questions. He prepared a proposal to remove 4' of our patio and dig down to the foundation to waterproof the wall and fill the cracks from outside. He also suggested burying a downspout and pipe leading water away from the house and sealing the wall cracks on the inside basement wall. The team arrived as scheduled and worked incredibly hard for several hours a day. They were impressive in the system they followed and how much work they performed each day and were respectful of us and our property. By the end of the job everything was back in place. We wish the expense wasn't necessary, but felt the price was worth it due to the difficulty, the amount, and the quality of the work. We highly recommend Basement Gurus!!"
