"I’m very happy with Alpha Foundation. From the first day I contacted them until the repair was completed this company did amazing. I’m grateful for Brad who did the inspection, proposal, pricing, he did an exceptional job following thru and making sure the job is handed over to the next person. I would also like to thank Tyler E and Tyler S. I’m impressed on how they did the repair. Tyler did the before and after measurements, explained to me how it will be done, showed me the installed piers, showed me the cracks that closed, oh yes! The wall cracks and the slab cracks closed. After the job, they left the site as if nothing happened, completely backfilled beautifully. I have the complete documents, reports they handed me before leaving, with lifetime warranty and I feel better now that I did a right decision on giving the job to Alpha Foundation, I couldnt be happier."

"From the initial contact to the completed job, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The plumber arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was well-prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment. Before beginning the installation, they took the time to explain the process and answered my questions thoroughly, which made me feel confident in their expertise. The installation itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They ensured that everything was properly connected, checked for leaks, and tested the disposal to confirm it was working perfectly. They also cleaned up the area afterward, leaving my kitchen spotless. What stood out most was their professionalism and courteous attitude. They even offered tips on maintaining the garbage disposal to extend its lifespan and prevent future issues. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this plumber to anyone needing a reliable and skilled professional. Excellent service from start to finish!"

"Apex foundation was very through, service is top notch, and quality work. I recommend them and they are priced competitive."

"The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"I called Crawlspace Doctor and the representative came and inspected our space later that day. I had received a strong recommendation on this co. from a friend. Our National termite control company had told us we needed some remedial work. The Crawlspace rep quoted me a price that day which was about 1/2 of the termite company for the same general work scope. I said to go ahead. Completely satisfied with the service."

"After having a few other companies come out to assess some foundation repairs that I needed, Metro Structural was the next company I was vetting and I'm glad they were! Cody and his team were extremely professional and took their time explaining everything. They went into great detail to make sure I was well informed every step of the process. I recommend Metro Structural and Cody any chance I can! They are top notch!"

"Donna and Jeff (owners) were hands on supervisors. They both patiently answered lots of questions and provided recommendations and resources out of their scope of business.  I felt confident that Jeff and Donna knew their business well and that my best interests were being well served.  I feel confident that they will respond quickly to any questions that I may have in the future regarding this project.  I would recommend them without any reservation.  I felt like I was fairly treated and charged a fair price for their services and the system installed.  Stated scheduled was maintained with proposed start and completion dates.

"The replacement was completed as per the estimate on Feb 23, 2022. I was advised that the finisher would need to return a second day due to the concrete being "too wet". Within three months the new driveway cracked in several areas. Upon advising the company about my concerns and requesting a written evaluation of the cause I was told the concrete "has no warranty", that "it's a crack, I'm not coming". The company felt that they were just to busy to come back to evaluate and give a written evaluation."

"Boucon USA did an amazing job on my driveway from start to finish! Very professional, respectful and quick! They also went through the whole outline of the project and materials and made it easy for me to understand where my money was going and kept me updated!"
