"We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Basement Systems USA. After they installed our system, they came out for a follow up inspections and identified a way to improve up it, which they did for free! Mike and Tyler did a great job making sure our system was system was set up properly and took the time to thoroughly explain what they were doing and why. Highly recommend them!"

"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. I appreciate the honesty of the business and I would recommend it to anyone who had the same concerns, and for any of their other services. Ron P Home owner."

"Very well!! Kyle Hodges understood exactly what I wanted, and he and his team took out the unsightly cement walkway, and replaced it with a beautiful, wide, curving quartzite walkway at the front of the house and matching step-stones leading around, plus two wrought iron railings on the front porch. His team took about 6 work-days in August 2016 to complete the project (the railings were added later). The result is an elegant approach to my house that combines craft with art."

"Jason was excellent and I will absolutely use AA Action Waterproofing for future projects. After having two other companies provide estimates for fixing our basement leak problem, I called AA Action for a third quote. The first two companies recommended extensive indoor and outdoor remedies with expensive price tags. I was a bit surprised because our leak is very minor. Enter Jason. Jason was friendly and clearly had extensive experience. He assessed the problem and pointed out that, while we could of course undertake the considerable actions the other companies recommended, it was more than likely that a simple fix of rerouting our gutter drain would fix our problem - a $20 fix that we could do on our own vs. the thousands of dollars in repairs recommended by the other companies. He told us that he could not honestly take our money knowing this small fix was likely all that was required. The remedy worked. It's rare to find Jason's honesty in the home contracting world; I will definitely call AA Action for any future issues."

"Kraig and his team were considerate of our questions and opinions, and did great work clearing our front and side flower beds. #57 Red stone and mulch were used, and we’re very pleased with the result. They also shaped up our existing boxwoods and shrubbery, everything looks fantastic. Would definitely recommend!"

"They installed a french drain and pump and installed water proofing on the walls.  Initially I thought some of the workers were not really the best, so I called and a manager came out and was very honest and acknowledged their faults and came out and fixed all the issues.  I was very impressed with this, he was very responsible.  They ended up doing a fantastic job in the end."

"I would recommend this company highly. I watched them do my entire waterproofing job and the work and steps they took to do the job correctly was impressive. They cleaned the entire area thoroughly after they were finished. You would never know that a Six foot hole had been dug in my yard."

"Very professional and knowledgeable. Upon seeing our foundation crack, knew exactly what work needed to be done, was able to explain said work, and was patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. Results look exemplary. Looking forward to using them again in the future."

"The required fix required that outside trenching be done and B-Dry does not do this type of work. The representative was very knowledgeable about the problem and apologized for not being able to solve the issue. Very much appreciated his honesty."
