"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "I met with Dave (project manager) and we discussed extent of work needed to restore my stone patio after many years of neglect. A key feature of the repair plan was to install a border around the stone patio. Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. I decided to go with Daves recommendations and Lopez ( crew supervisor) and his crew did a great job restoring the patio. I am looking forward to pressure washing the stone to bring out the color after the mortar has fully cured. I could not be more pleased with the results!"
