"they were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. All debris was cleaned up before leaving our house. Since doing repairs to my basement i called them to work on my mother and sister's house. All of us would not hesitate to recommend them to others and use them again if needed."

"IT WENT VERY WELL. BQ SYSTEMS RESPONDED QUICKLY TO MY REQUEST ( HAD A NARROW TIME FRAME: HAD TO GET IT FIXED SO I COULD SELL MY HOUSE.) AND THE FOLKS AT BQ SYS. DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO HELP ME. THE REPAIR TO THE FOUNDATION WALL WAS COMPLETED IN LESS THAN ONE DAY AT A FAIR PRICE. I AND THE NEW OWNERS ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE REPAIR!"

"I was worried about damage to the property and FC HVAC were very responsive and helpful. Mike, our technician, went out of his way to be helpful and was able to fix the problem literally in 5 minutes! I've worked with Mike over the years at several properties and have found him and FC HVAC to be knowledgeable, skilled, helpful and responsive! :-) they stand by their work and their business."

"Excellent, hard working forman and crew who knew what they were doing. Foundation repair and installation of sump pit. pump and backup pump was completed in two days, as promised. Highly recommend."

"They could not solve my issue but gave me some good advice."

"Quoted me on a Sunday, started that Tuesday, finished and cleaned up on Friday. They worked hard and did an excellent job fixing my foundation and made everything look like new again. Cleaned up after themselves, including power washing the dirt off my driveway and sidewalk. Their prices were more than fair, and they responded quickly to my questions. Would definitely hire again."

"The technician was professional and courteous, careful with his shoes entering and exiting the house and cleaned up after the job was done. Came when he said he would and called before coming. He gave me options on fixing the problem. I knew exactly what he was going to do and how much it would cost. I will definitely use them again when I have a need!"

"The salesman, Bob took his time to thoroughly review the problems, offer solution options and respond to questions at the time of estimate and afterward, until I made my decision. He even pointed out foundation issues that I hadnâ t noticed and no other company that provided estimates picked up on. The crew came when scheduled and worked several long days to get the job done. They were always friendly, courteous and willing to answer my questions. They cleaned up constantly, to keep the area tidy. After completion, the dehumidifier needed adjustment and Brian came back immediately to address it. This was no small job. I had a long-standing major water problem in my basement, which can be expected when you live at the bottom of the hill. The basement looks better. The basement smells better. The foundation was repaired. The sump pumps and dehumidifier are doing their jobs. We havenâ t had any rain yet, so I cannot comment on how things will be with an onslaught of water, but I feel confident that the new system will far exceed the old one. Iâ m also confident that if there are any problems, Completely Dry will respond quickly."
