"Todd is really easy to work with. He worked around our schedule. While doing the work our house stayed very clean and each time we came home it was essentially as if they were never there. The tile guy took 12 x 12 marble tile and cut, honed, and polished it into our specified dimensions. Todd also was able to creatively work around a few of our house's quirks. He does not have a plumber that he works with so we did have to get our own plumber which ended up costing us quite a bit. Overall, a painless kitchen redo for a reasonable price and fantastic results!"

"Dan and his crew started early and worked hard to dismantle, repair, and rebuild the pond. When we discovered the next morning that a leaking spot had been missed, they came back out quickly and solved the problem. All is well now and I would recommend them to others. It seemed a bit expensive, but I have no comparisons to properly evaluate that."

"It went incredibly well. The small circular patio by the front entry is beautiful -- still beautiful after 21 months! I originally submitted my review in October 2016 but somehow it never was posted. So I am submitting an abbreviated version of my original, longer review again, because I really like the company! Ray Lopez was a delight to work with: prompt, professional, experienced and responsive to all my questions. He had some great suggestions for a border and adding a bench which absolutely made all the difference -- it was a stunning result! I still love it. The patio is functional and totally enhances our front entry."

"They came out quickly to fix the crack in our foundation. We were so pleased with them, we referred them to our neighbor who also used them for a crack she had in her foundation. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves."

"They were on site for 6 days. Some days it was an "A" and some days a "C". They did not always clean up. They were late a couple of times where it was very inconvenient for me. I just remember there was some aggravating factors like not cleaning up. They cut some holes in the ceiling and actually left some drywall debris on a bed. It was just careless stuff like that. In the end, they took care of everything. It was an old house. There was surprises. They were very reasonable in absorbing the additional costs. They did it correctly with an old house. As things came up, they took care of it. That was a positive."

"Getting the install scheduled was difficult: our calls were often unreturned and when we called on our own, we were not able to schedule the install. It wasn't until we threatened to cancel that a date was scheduled for installation. When the patio was installed, there were no borders to keep the pacers in place, leaving us to perform that work on our own. He have also had to add an additional 3 bags of sand to fill the cracks and complete that patio. The pacers look great and the work was done very quickly but the challenges in scheduling and the incomplete work preclude us from using this business again in the future."

"About a year ago, I had Urban Elements remove a dead tree in my yard and prune branches off other trees. I asked them to return to do a better job and to clean up some debris they left behind, which they did. I did not give them a good report for Angie's List but I decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves by planting the bamboo. I had the planter built by a general contractor to specifications provided by Urban Elements. However, not enough dirt/mulch was delivered--the dirt came up to have the height of the planter. I was told by a bamboo plant dealer that it was not enough for the bamboo roots to grow down. I called Urban Elements to asked about the issue. After some discussion, Urban Elements return to do the job right."
