"Prompt and hassle-free repairs â First Premier Home Warranty truly understands the urgency of home issues."

"He came at the time he said he would arrive, and went right to work. I blew a no fault receptacle which also seemed to take out the breaker for that receptacle and was afraid to tackle the breaker box and needed help to determine if the breaker needed to be replaced. As it turned out , the breaker reset itself and the receptacle didn't need to be replaced. I haven't owned this home that long (just 11 months) and was unaware of what was installed here. Mr. Reist explained how the breaker box was installed and told me the electrician who did the install did a great job since he identified all of the wires coming into it and correctly labeled all of them. Mr Reist said not too many electricians do that any more and he gave kudos to the installer at my home. Since nothing seemed to be needing to be replaced, he checked all of my receptacles and the breaker box and assured me that everything was A-OK. His charges for this visit was the most surprising thing of the whole day, he didn't charge me a whole lot of money, it was way less that the other two Home Advisor Pro's were asking. Because of that, I am planning to install some electric lines in my unfinished basement and have decided to hire this Pro for my job! Thank you Home Advisor for this referral."

"I bought a home warranty from Elite Home Warranty almost 6 months ago. I had a problem with my furnace. I placed the request with Elite Home Warranty and the repair request was proceesd right away. All I had to pay was the service fee. They sent a technician to my home the same day I placed the request."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"A few times service was needed, Iâ ve gotten my claims covered. I own 4 properties and theyâ re all covered through Amazon Home Warranty. Recently I had an issue and it wasnâ t covered in the plan/contract and I spoke with a Amazon Home Warranty Supervisor and he clarified my contract to me. I havent had an issue with something not being covered with them until that time but they said that it was because it was a leak and they dont cover leaks at all which i now understand. They always come through when they can, if it doesnt violate our contract and i respect that."
