"Chose Mel after reading reviews and also because his web page is clear he is a one person crew.  I was pleased to find someone who actually does his own work and is responsible for it.  Mel came out to survey items of concern.  Ordered parts for shower from Delta.  I notified him, via text, that parts had arrived and gave some days that would work for me.  He made the appt and showed up just as planned.  Mel was pleasant and quick at his work.  He even called Delta to find answer to question I had presented on day of repairs. Mel was able to solve the extra need while here.  He even let me help a little and as a woman trying to become more knowledgeable of home repairs, I truly appreciated him letting me be involved.  Also, I like that he texts.

"For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."

"We paid a lot bu they were amazing, just outstanding. We had one small problem and they were back immediately and fixed, and they came out again actually to make sure it was good. We were gone and they waited for us to get home to looked at it and check it. It was pricy. You can get back to the and you can find them. We thought it was worth it."

"Mario is a Great Professional, I had been wanting to get some new toilets installed, dishwasher, faucet's, new vanity, and new kitchen and bath hardware; I had look on Home Advisor back in November to no avail; I was not in a big hurry; now fast forward, I want to get it done; I reviewed Mario's reviews, saw all the 5's and the one 0.05; I debated should I call this guy... I did, I asked about the one poor rating, he was honest about the client, I was stratified with his explanation and I asked for a meeting for a bid; I met Mario, he informed me what he could do ( and was honest on what he couldn't do) and that he would send a Bid; he did, I accepted (Great Bid!!!) Two days later, he started, Did what he said he would do, was timely, made great suggestion, and cleaned up after himself and might I add very well (I like a clean house)... The work Mario did was professional and I can't wait to have him start the next project; hopefully once he completed his next major project, he can do some more work for me.
