"called All Affordable Plumbing to replace a leaking hose faucet. Due to a cancellation, they were able to send a plumber at 7:00AM next morning. Sergio arrived right on time and completed the work quickly at a reasonable price. I was impressed that the replacement was a good quality faucet - the same that I would have used if doing the repair myself. Sergio was very professional and polite. I highly recommend All Affordable Plumbing. I will be using them for future work."

"They were very good. I think it was okay, what they were trying to do is, I have this major plumbing issue in my house, and they were able to figure it out, and they fixed it, and it's okay. They ended up doing more work than we initially estimated. You can say I have a little experience with them, they have been to the house four times I believe. It ended up being like $4000 total because they had to excavate to reach the pipe, and then get it fixed, so that took some time and money, so I will say, all in all I paid $3000-$4000, is all the money I paid to them. I always think they can do cheaper, in the same aspect I was really happy, they were careful, they cleaned when they were done, you know, it was in a reasonable way, because of course I understand they don't want to mop the floors, I thought that everything was in a good enough condition after they were done, so I was able to finish cleaning and whatever else, but it was really okay. They fixed the issue. Their responsiveness was pretty good."

Answered all my questions and even took care of a leaky pipe and hooked up my icemaker on my fridge in addition to installing two new faucets. It only took them an hour. "I was blown away by these guys! We have had a leak that has been the bane of our existence--intermittent and yet prolific. Several different plumbers and a handyman took a crack at diagnosing the issue. The guys from Plumb It investigated and, when the leak didn't show up immediately, came up with a plan. Less than 24 hours later, my leak was diagnosed and resolved. Hopefully we won't need to call any time soon, but the next time we do have an issue, they're on speed dial. Thanks again!"

"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues.
