And listen, to this, he reconfigured the pitch of the pipes under the sink for proper water flow! He said, "now you're code." That's a real pro. And who knew those little grains of rice you think is harmless going down your sink, don't! Rice clumps up over time. "My rating is really all about the customer service. Our issue was regarding an engagement ring that we feared was flushed down the toilet. I was frantic and I had put calls out to 4 plumbing companies but it was Dynamic Plumbing that responded immediately. We talked and had a plan to search and one of his men was going to come within just a couple of hours. He came right as scheduled. Miraculously the ring was found just before the technician arrived so the toilet did not have to be taken out. Although appointments were not always on time due to other project overruns, we were kept in the loop. Crews have been professional, respectful, and considerate. We have one more break in the line to be repaired, unfortuately it involves a tie in to municipal line so it is taking some time to begin work. Company has taken care of all communications with necessary entities. We are planning on engaging Aqua Doctor in a maintenance agreement based on our experience. "Ive been battling my sewer line ever since we bought our house 5yrs ago. It would back up every 6 months from all of the roots growing inside of the drain. I tried to clear the drain myself over 10 times and had pros come out twice to clean them and we all failed. I finally decided I wanted to replace the entire drain. Last thing and the best thing is when they were putting the dirt back in the hole with the Bobcat, T let my 4yr old boy unload a few buckets of dirt and the look on his face was worth every penny spent.
