"It went really well. The installers cleaned up after themselves. The work took only 2 days, we thought it might take 3. They added some insulation to the wall as that room was cold. They had to call a plumber to move the drain and he was on time. The plumbing was done quickly and efficiently. I would use them again, however, most of our remodeling projects are finished."

They came out, and assesed the problem, and replaced the tank same day with a new one, as well as replaced some minor plumbing around the tank. he then flushed and cleaned all the plumbing throughout the house to make sure all of the black material from inside the tank had been flushed through the syste, The only problem I had with the project is the installer did not fully clean up after the project resulting in water that had leaked during the installation on the basement floor. Since it had gone through the pump prior to leaking there water was black from the inside of the tank and very difficult to clean."
