"I had a pipe leak under kitchen sink. Called for service about noon time on a Saturday. The plumber arrived arrived approximately 3:30 same day and replaced two sections of pipe. Plumber (Josh) was extremely courteous and quickly fixed the issue. This was my second time to use Nick's Plumbing services and both times was pleased with service."

Upon arrival he removed the insulation and found that the pipe had separated at the connector. JD Plumbing had repaired the pipe in January 2018 after the pipe froze and burst. The plumber, Sean, pointed out that the repair they made had separated but said since it was past the one year warranty he would need to call his manager to see what could be done on price. Sean made he call, sent a picture of the broken pipe and, after a second discussion, advised that the repair (normally $399) would be made at no charge even though we were past their warranty. This company is responsive, honest, and provides great customer service."

They used pipe cameras and provide a permanent solution to the constantly plugged up kitchen sink by building in a re-route after digging down to the problems . They were cognizant that this will be a tear-down when the lot is sold, so they reached clear thinking solutions. I learned as well that Randy is a volenteer for folks in prison and takes Christian ministry to people whom most have lost hope for. He was here with a helper, but he worked side by side with the digging. over a period of two days. Everything was left in order. Polite, sense of humor, and can-do attitude of a Master Plumber. I would recommend BlueFrog Plumbing to anyone. It is so difficult to find an expert and they provide that."
