We had new quartz countertops and appliances installed in the kitchen. We had the cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen refinished. And we had the whole house painted on the inside. Mike Haim was our project manager and we appreciated his excellent service and vision. Oswaldo and Ray were our expert workmen and they did the whole project. It was great only having two people come in and out to do the work. The company has all their own workmen and so you donâ t have someone new for each job. "I was very happy with Hart's Plumbing. I had a clogged drain and they had someone out here the same day. The very friendly and knowledgeable young man who came and fixed it was great and my sink was fixed immediately. He offered to set me up with a check of my systems at no charge so had them come back for that as well. A different friendly professional came out to do that and I had a great experience that time around as well. No hard sell at any time, just a thorough inspection in which a couple problems were found and a bid presented to me...again, absolutely no hard sell! Besides the fact that they were professional personable and knowledgeable and fixed my clog, there were two things that I especially appreciate about thjs company. #1: Not only did they let you know what time to expect the service provider; they also called that day to let me know what time to expect him and he called me himself once he was on the way but they sent me an email introducing him and provided a photo of who would be showing up at my door!!! As a single female I really, really appreciated that caution. I also appreciate that they followed up the visit with further contacts to make sure I was satisfied. And the inspection was completely free and very thorough. I could not ask for more. The next time I need a plumber, Hart's Plumbing is the number now in my Rolodex."

Tina and her company were hired to paint our house. She showed up on time and gave us a quote for the project; she was professional and very confident. Her manager estimated to complete the job in less than a week. After three weeks we were notified that the job is completed. During the inspection I noticed multiple paint spillages around the work area, brush strokes, uneven areas of paint, streaks, and blemishes. I was told that someone will come and finish the job because â they never walk away from the jobâ . Multiple phone calls and emails later they finally admitted that the job was done poorly and promised to paint the walls and the ceilings again. Two weeks later they put another coat of paint, however they left multiple dried paint drippings all over the place, including our newly installed floors. In the light construction will cost you time, money and possibly your sanity. Do not waste your money. I have no idea how the company is still in business. Tina and her team rewired my kitchen to put in my new appliances. She put in new bedrock, baring wall, and surrounding wall for my new tub. Tina and her team removed the remaining hardware for the old iron stove. Then went up on the roof to cut it off and replaced part of the ceiling. Her team painted, put in new doors and new carpet. Tina and her team went above and beyond to help me with my condo. I am so grateful. Anyone who uses In The Light Construction Management are lucky to have someone who is up front on the labor and price. You will not find that with any other Construction Company."

"David and his team did a great job installing a doorway and door at the bottom of our basement stairs. Communication with David was very clear, quick and easy. His team was available to start the job the same day! Once the job was negotiated and accepted, David and his team came out and finished the job in one day. "Andy and Fidel showed up promptly each and every day, worked very hard from start to finish, with very physically intense labor. I can't believe the amount of work they got done in a short period of time. And as for water in my basement - it has totally been taken care of with the system they installed. "A+. Dirt Cheap, Inc. just completed installing a new exterior sewer cleanout for me. They did a fantastic job, quickly and at very reasonable price. My basement drain backed up on Saturday morning. I had three companies out to clear the line. I didnâ t have an exterior cleanout, so they had to pull the toilet to gain access to the sewer. No one was successful. Two companies gave me bids to install the clean out. Dirt Cheap was the low bid and could start Monday morning. Two men showed up first thing Monday morning, dug down five feet through hardpan to the sewer line, removed the blockage (break) and installed the cleanout. I was able to use my plumbing again that night. After the inspection on Tuesday they came back to fill the hole and replaced a broken downspout drain to the sewer at no extra charge. Each person from the owner of the company, Collin King, to the men who worked on each part of the project were good-natured and great to work with. I recommend Dirt Cheap, Inc."
