Basement Gurus was comparable in both value and price to the others but we ultimately chose BG because of the salesman, Philip, who made us feel safe and taken care of like family. He walked us through everything so we knew exactly what to expect. The staff that showed up were so kind. They did a great job and kept us informed throughout the process. They had an opening a week sooner than our scheduled date so was able to complete the project sooner than expected. They cleaned up everything afterwards so you couldn't even tell that concrete was hauled out and all the work that was put in. There have been several heavy rainfalls since the install and our basement is completely dry. Calling BG was the best decision."

"I had numerous plumbing problems , my mother lives in a mobil home, we had to hold the toilet handle down for the toilet to fill , for ever. He fixed that and Replaced all the parts in the tank that were wore out , no more high water bills , he put a new sink stopper in sink , the old one would not come up anymore . Every year the trailor pipe going outside under the trailor to the hose spicket would freeze and bust , he put a, new shorter water pipe closer to the kitchen sink by drilling a hole from outside in and no more freezing pipe . And it's sealed well The tub needs snaked out , no draining like it should , the previous owner never put the correct drainage pipe that didn't have a bend in for a wire snake to go threw to clean out a clog. He is willing to crawl under the trailor to open the pipe up to to unclog the tub , it's tight down there, he is a big boned fella , im impressed by that , plus our toilet is loose , the part that is connected to the floor , he's going to take the toilet off and check for leaks that e can't see in the bathroom and Make the connection tighter , we here water , he's going to see what it could be. He's , very knowledgeable. He's been doing this his whole life , he's good to work with and is angies list a credited , tond of positive reviews , and his prices is alot more reasonable , and he's a master plumber at that. And didnt stand me up like other plumbers and try to nikel and dime me :) he had to come out again and waved the cost of the first hour fee , because he couldn't get it done in one shot .You can't wrong with him , i only know him from the job he is doing for my mom and me. :) he takes pride in his work , and won't let you down :)"

"I signed up to have a modular log home built on an existing foundation. The builder had a number of specifications that needed to be met to get the foundation ready for the new house. I contacted 8 other companies, but no one could help me with my long list of tasks. When I finally got ahold of Highlander Waterproofing, I started by telling them I was a problem child. I listed all the work that needed to be done and Mike told me that nothing on my list sounded sounded scary. I got a couple of visits from Mario, the manager, and Mike, the senior engineer, and one of their senior job bosses. They were all knowledgeable, helpful, positive, and suggested that I use steel supports instead of concrete to save space. Work started in August when Dewey and JT started knocking off the top 2 courses of block. "The Gents" - Dewey (the job boss) Devon, Jimmy, Matt, and Dave - did wonderful work. Because of Murphy's Law, we had to knock some walls down and rebuild them because of bowing, and we ended up adding an internal French Drain. They set rebar, poured tons of concrete, dug footers, put up steel support beams, installed glass block windows, put down sill plates, and rebuilt the front where the garage doors will be. I cannot even begin to say how pleased I am with the work they did. And they were a lot of fun to boot! They let me video them daily, tease them mercilessly, and they had the good grace to laugh when my dog made off with their breakfast jerky. There is still some work to do when the house actually gets here in April - insulating the outside wall, backfilling, putting the sump pumps in, rebuilding the center wall, and digging footers for the porch. I have absolute confidence in Highlander Waterproofing and "The Gents." I would recommend them highly and with no reservations to anyone who needs foundation work. I will add to this post with the final pictures in April."

Not only did he clear my blocked/clogged (and smelly) pipe, when running hot water in my sink to test for no leakage, I noticed my sink drain was leaking below. "They completely replumbed my 4-inch soil line in my basement, up to the 1st floor, moved the kitchen sink, moved, and reconnected the natural gas lines for the laundry dryer and the kitchen range! They replaced and increased my primary water supply for all of my appliances. Removed and then reinstalled the kitchen sink, added the plumbing for a new dishwasher, increased the drainage for my washing machine. and included the separation cutoffs I requested. They did a lot of work and I'm a trained city inspector. Let me say that I'm completely satisfied with everything they did and their staying in touch with me through every step. "My current water heater was thirteen (13) years old and I knew it would not last much longer. I have been considering a tankless water heater for some time now and read good reviews regarding Noel Enterprises. I called to set an appointment and the owner/president, Leon Clayberger, came out to my house the next day to explain in detail everything involved with installing a tankless water heater. The brand they recommend is Rinnai. Leon was very detailed and thorough in his presentation to me and guaranteed the quoted price. He wouldn't even take a down payment!! That is how confident he was in his product. We then proceeded downstairs to my basement so that I could show him where my current water heater is and where I would like my new tankless water heater to go. My current water heater took up a lot of space in the small closet that it was located in, which was an unusual position for it to be placed. It was put there when the house was built, so I really had no choice in the matter. I wanted the new tankless water heater to be placed in a hidden corner of my basement, which is exactly where Leon said it would have to go!! Worked out perfectly. We set up a date for the following week to have the unit installed. Come installation day, Leon and his crew arrived a bit early, which was fine by me. I was impressed to see that the owner/president came with his crew to oversee the entire installation process. He informed me that he went out on every job his company did. This to me is the mark of an owner who truly cares about his customers. It took about four (4) hours to install the tankless water heater. The entire crew was courteous and neat. They also removed my old water heater free of charge!! Now the little closet where it was located is now a usable storage spot!! After the installation was over, the crew cleaned up everything very nicely and Leon took the time to explain to me how to maintain it and what to check for. The tankless water heater works like a charm!! You never run out of hot water and you don't have to constantly adjust the temperature during a shower when your hot water is getting low. Yes, it does take just a few more seconds for the water to heat up, but that is inherent with all tankless water heaters. Also, I can't hear a thing when I turn on my faucet or shower. I have read where some tankless water heaters make quite a bit of noise when in operation, but this one is very quiet. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Also, there is a twenty (20) year guarantee with the tankless water heater!! Now that is impressive. Noel Enterprises' reputation and good reviews are well deserved. I plan on using them whenever I need service."
