Their service tech called 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me he would be there shortly. I called Robert and he offered to come over right away and replace the tank even though he had planned to take the day off. I also had him install a safety shutoff to protect me from the next leak since my basement is finished, and it would have been catastrophic if we were not in the home to catch this leak.
