"Plumber did a great job, very pleasant and quick work and clean up."

"Sunday March 28, 2021 I had the pleasure of working with Aqua Doctors Plumbing at 1304 Eastview Drive Waukegan, IL 60085. At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. A consultative approach was used and appreciated. They did not talk down to you as the client/non-plumber in the room. They worked expeditiously and thoroughly resolving both issues. I also had them quote a larger job due to this good experience. I found them to be reliable and I’m sure you will too! Thank you, Aqua Doctors! Kind regards, Major J. Johnson (retired)"

"Mike is now my go-to guy for all things plumbing! He's a master plumber: extremely knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He was not only super fast with installing my new water heater, but took the time to help me identify which pipe does what for my whole plumbing system, and which was old, defunct plumbing. He didn't have to do that, he just did because he's so knowledgeable, and I appreciated it. Mike gave me some great advice on things to watch out for in my 90-year old house come winter."

"Nathan was great and will definitely call again next time I need help with plumbing."

"The plumber did an outstanding job replacing my hot water heater. He knows his stuff and is good"

"Highly recommend! The installer did an amazing job and was very patient with all of my husband's questions. The rep was a very nice young man and explained the process in simple way that we both understood. We especially liked that they are a local company. The owner and rep even went to Belvidere...go Bucs!"

"My bathroom was from 50 years ago, original to the house, I have a walk in ranch with concrete floors and radiant heat. The workmen did a fantastic job of taring down and remove the old cast iron tub, removed all the walls to expose the plumbing. I had to have a new drain installed and that needed the expertise of plumbers, after the new drain was installed in the concrete they came back and within one day the job was completed and it turned out fantastic. I am very very pleased with the work that Bath Plant did. I highly recommend them to anyone who would ask me."

"Very professional and knowledgeable about ALL my plumbing needs. They did an excellent job at a reasonable price."

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"We've been remodeling different parts of our house this year and finally tackled the bathroom. Century City Baths replaced our old tub with a walk-in shower, and the difference is huge. The bathroom feels more open, practical, and updated. After dealing with several home projects, I really appreciated how smoothly this one went."
