"Vinnie came to give me an estimate to remove and replace the fluidmaster and flapper in my master bedroom's bathroom toilet. He arrived looking very professional and confident in his abilities to fix my problem. He patiently explained what it would take to fix the toilet and quoted a very reasonable price. I decided to make an appointment with him for the repair, but he advised me that he had all the parts he needed on the truck and, since he was already here, why not do it now? I didn't hesitate to agree and I don't regret my decision. Although Vinnie is a young man, he approached the job with an old world work ethic . He completed the job in practically no time, had everything he needed, and when he ran into an unexpected snag, had those parts too. When Vinnie entered my home today for the first time, he stated that he wanted to become my plumber, the plumber I will call in the future for all my plumbing problems. "I found John on Anji, after interviewing 4 contractor's my whole family and myself felt he was the right person for the job. With over 40 year's of experience and licensed in plumbing and electrical he can do it all. He's got a great personality and Mike his helper was amazing as well. We've lived in our home for 27 year's and the bathrooms needed to be desperately upgraded. We also had no vents in our bathrooms and had mold issues which is not good at all.
