"I called on 3/6/11 about 3 pm and they were there the next morning at 11:00. Two guys came out, unclogged the toilet drain line, tightened the bolts to sink bracket, repaired toilet handle and installed a new toilet seat. The workers were very polite and professional. They cleaned their mess when finished. In fact the bathroom looked better when they finished than when they started. I was very pleased with their work. I will gladly use their services again

"The two guys really had a mess to clean out. They did a great job removing everything and even came to the door to let us know there was a small water leak when I started the washer. It was a rainy day and after all the liner was installed they would remove their shoes prior to going back in the crawl space in order to keep it clean. They explained the humidity monitor and how it worked and left the owners manual with us for reference. We plan on replacing the water heater located under the house at a later date, so they left additional liner and explained how to have the plumber install it once he removes the water heater.
This is the second house we have contracted with Dry Pro and I would not hestiate to hire Dry-Pro in the future and would recommend them to everyone.
