The owner thoroughly explained the job he was going to do and showed the materials he would use. He called me himself to set up the appointment. His team was mannerly and each did his own job. The team worked well together and completed the job in one day. I was amazed! The owners, father and son, were here with the team the whole time. They even hauled away some items I wanted to get rid of and offered to come back to move things back into.place. in addition, the price was much less than I expected and was started and completed within a few days of the initial contact.

Jeff, Rob and his crew were exceptional They answered all of my questions even took the time to show me how things worked. They installed a water catch basin and sump pump to replace our smaller 25 year old equipment. Jeff suggested a better pump They were meticulous in their work and cleanup except for the new pump you would not even know they're there. I am in Kenton Delaware and just brought a new build in 2019 to turn around and get a crack in my foundation is upsetting. The owner is nice and the workers are respectful and patiently do the work. Today it is raining 3/5/2022 and this gives me a chance to check the work. Mt leak is gone! I give the 5 stars because they really help me.

After 30 years, I suddenly had 3 episodes of water entering my home. I called Scott and his crew decided I need a "French Drain". They installed a 150 foot

Electric snake cleaning of a clogged kitchen drain. Technician was friendly and helpful. The issue was resolved. Service was a little expensive , but justified for an emergency on a Saturday afternoon, as Montco Rooter answered the phone and scheduled a rep visit arriving within 2 hours of my call. Very responsive.
Faced with my emergency, I called several other plumbing services prior to calling Montco Rooter and they either did not answer the phone or would not perform a drain clearing on a weekend??? Goofy business practice when responding to a customer facing an emergency,
Montco Rooter is an excellent customer responsive company. Highly recommended.

After getting an estimate from another company, Basement Gurus offered us a much better system for a much lower price. We had a large and complicated job to do, and the crew finished it all beautifully. Since then, weâ ve had several tropical storms, and not a drop of water in the house.
