"If there were an option to score above the 5 stars for exemplary work and service, I would have definitely opted for it. From the initial consultation through to the final walk-through, Jed's team is exceptional. They respect both your time, money, and home. I asked them for a seemingly impossible schedule-- completely redo 3 bathrooms, a bar/kitchen and ALL the light fixtures. They met all the timelines and budgets (to the dime), even when other contractors on site ran a little long. They never failed to deliver on promises and definitely exceeded expectations. They even provided additional services upon request that included major projects-- not only did we need to install new light fixtures, but needed to completely revamp all of the electrical outlets, panel, etc. This could have been an immensely stressful period, but Jed, Tom, and Al made it a smooth transition. The additional team members- Sonny, Chris, Abraham, Dennis, and Ryan were also on site multiple days. And every Envy team member were exceedingly professional, hard working, and respectful of how they left my home each day. And lastly, they delivered beautiful work that was both high quality, but brilliant solutions to very outdated areas of the house. Their ideas were a fraction of other proposals, but were by far the best option for us."

"Had other significant issues other than rodding. Work is ongoing. Robert, Rob, Eric and others were very responsive to our calls and worked rhrough finances in a responsable fashion. Although appointments were not always on time due to other project overruns, we were kept in the loop. Crews have been professional, respectful, and considerate. We have one more break in the line to be repaired, unfortuately it involves a tie in to municipal line so it is taking some time to begin work. Company has taken care of all communications with necessary entities. We are planning on engaging Aqua Doctor in a maintenance agreement based on our experience. We would recoomend anyone with pumbing issue concider Aqua Doctor."

"Mike, the owner of Wagner Plumbing, called me back almost immediately after I sent the Home Advisor inquiry. He stopped by the next morning and tried to clear the drain in the bathtub with a power plunger which helped slightly, but still drained slowly. My home's 67 year old trap was frozen in place and Mike explained the only alternative would be to cut it out and replace that section of pipe. We set up an appt for the following week when his helper was available. It took Mike and Eric less than 2 hours to make the repair and it now drains perfectly. It was a messy job, but they tarped the area and cleaned up afterwards. I had another plumber quote the same job for almost twice the price. I'm very satisfied, so Mike is now my Go To plumber. If fact, I asked him to give me a quote for installing a sink and toilet in the basement. Call Mike - you won't be sorry."

"I needed my water heater to be replaced. I am very happy with this wonderful company. Everyone I spoke to over the phone to start was so professional but yet really personable. Dave was a pleasure to talk to and made me feel like I had no worries. Also they quoted the job 400.00 less than many. They were here within an hour of my call and Rob Mondi and his team were just as professional and nice. They explained everything they would do and kept me posted throughout the job. They were always cleaning the floor as they were in and out and had no problem maneuvering the old and new water heater up and down the very narrow staircase that was almost impossible with ease. There were workers outside doing our storm sewers and they hit our gas line while the install was being done and because of this, Rob made sure they called Ni-Gas and explained to me what needed to be done with the heater when Nigas came in the house. He also gave me his business card and cell number in case they donâ t do what is needed and he would come out. I will recommend them to everyone and I got a quote for my furnace to be replaced also."

"My rating is really all about the customer service. Our issue was regarding an engagement ring that we feared was flushed down the toilet. I was frantic and I had put calls out to 4 plumbing companies but it was Dynamic Plumbing that responded immediately. We talked and had a plan to search and one of his men was going to come within just a couple of hours. He came right as scheduled. Miraculously the ring was found just before the technician arrived so the toilet did not have to be taken out.
