"When you have someone come out, you are depending on their honesty. I had 3 other services out prior to Springfield Plumbing. I received estimates between 4,500. - 7500. to replace the unit. It was a tankless water heater. We had just moved into the home and we couldn't get steady warm water to shower. Springfield Plumbing corrected the problem with adjustments and turning a dial and charged 135.00 for the service call. PS: The other services offered a free estimate so I went with them first. Springfield Plumbing charges for their initial service call. Obviously, it was well worth the money to pay for the service call and have an honest person come out as opposed to getting a free estimate for thousands of dollars for unnecessary work! Springfield Plumbing is my new plumber!"

"I had a leak in a water pipe in the mother-in law apartment. Tried to fix it myself to no avail. I called and left a message around 10pm. Mike called me back at 7am and told me that they could come out sometime 10 to noon. Shawn and his assistant did a great job at a good price! "Had gurgling from 2 bathroom sinks. Not knowing if this was a concern, I reached out to Angie's List for quotes from plumbers. The first one to respond was ValDel Plumbing. They were able to schedule me in for the next day. Our plumber, Steve, arrived and diagnosed the problem - partially clogged sinks. He corrected the problem per the quote. While working on the sinks, he noted that the drain pipes connected to the p-trap should be modified (he did this at no extra cost). After the job was completed, I had a question about my sump pump. He offered to look at it and gave some recommendations. Overall, I felt that the job was corrected to my satisfaction. The work done by Steve was both personable and professional. If I had future plumbing needs, I would strongly consider ValDel Plumbing."

"I called Home Advisor and got Mr. Rooter plumbing, Kevin H. plumber came out, fixed and corrected the pipes to eliminate leaking. I was so please to see the excellent work Kevin H. did, and I feel sure this would not happen again. "I had a leaking toilet of unknown origin. The vendor came in very fast and on a Saturday, which was very commendable. Nevertheless, they were not able to fix the leak because they did not have the right part for it. I was told that they had an accident with their regular plumber's truck, so they were using a smaller rental truck that did not have all the equipment and parts they usually have in the normal truck. They came a second time, two days later and indeed fixed the leak. In the process they created a small hole in the wall and they also failed to seal the toilet base by cocking it, because they did not have cocking with them or a filling patch. The promised to come back another day to do that, and that it would be good any way for the toilet base to remain open so that it could dry easier. It took a couple more days due to miscommunication but they did come in and fix it to my satisfaction."

"My 85 year old mother’s toilet fill valve broke and was spraying water out fast. I couldn’t turn the water off on the tank and I couldn’t turn off the main valve by the water meter in the basement. We used Goodman plumbers for years, but today they said they didn’t have anyone to send even though water was shooting out of toilet tank. We won’t be using them again. Roto rooter came, the plumber was very nice, but he couldn’t turn the water off either. He said he would need to have a plumber come tomorrow morning at 10am to turn the water off by the curb. Apparently only some plumbers have a key to turn the water off by the curb. I had quickly filled out a request on Angi and a plumber named (Hismael)from Gorilla, Inc. called while roto rooter was here. I had told him roto rooter was here, but after rotor rooter couldn’t fix the problem, I called Hismael back and he showed up. Hismael told me there are other valves by the water heater that he can try to turn the water off. It worked! Yay! Hismael Saved The Day! I Highly recommend Hismael."
