"On yesterday, Friday, March 14, 2025, I went online to ANGI to seek out a professional service to clear out our Trap and Septic System. I was given 3 recommendations and within 2 minutes I received a call from MSN SEWER AND DRAIN LLC. The gentleman on the line introduced himself as Sam and began to have an engaging conversation, which was so professional . Sam, began to clearly explain what would be required to completely fix our issues. HIS brother, Matt immediately came to our house. as I was in my office in Manhattan so my mom met and let Matt onto our property and home. Matt took photos of the issues and sent them to me. WE began to make plans for the work to begin to fix the issues at hand. "This was the worst experience i have ever had with a company. They came and damaged my house and kept us without AC for days. They admitted to the extensive damage and went weeks before attempting to repair it. The services were never fully completed and they were paid over 90% of the job. I disputed the last 10% and provided overwhelming evidence of their negligence. And after a year their last ditch effort was to send collections letters. Don't walk, RUN from this company. I will provide pics and my my experience to anyone who is planning on using this company. Used to be family owned and was amazing. Second they sold it went downhill fast."
