"I had a 40 gallon water heater burst and reached out to multiple plumbing companies. John was the first to contact me and understood the urgency of the situation. He was extremely professional, explained the "who, what, why" of everything that could, should, and would be done and provided all possible options for replacement with 4 different quotes. I hired him and he singlehandedly replaced and upgraded my water heater with zero issues. Keep in mind this all took place in a 24 hour window. I WILL be using J&K again for ALL of my plumbing needs. "Jon the owner is really the best around no doubt,he tackled a job that others literally said it was too much of a job for them, others gave crazy prices off the top Of there head, south county plumbing had the plumbing supply company(Viking no hole depot crap) come out to accurately price out all the materials. Others wanted to take the shortcut and do ?pex? , Jon did all old school copper and no quick connects , everything was soldered .i can say enough , they would be at my door at 7 am sharp everyday. Withought south county plumbing is the areas best plumber , honest, neat, and quality"

"Anyone that needs a clogged drain taken care of, do yourself a favor and call Honest Drain. I called at 7:45 am and the expert was at my home at 9:15 am. I was impressed with how he did such a fantastic job that is usually nasty and he left my bathroom spotless. Less than an hour later, I had my shower back. I have had other companies in the past that advertise with big promises and was disappointed. Hats off to Gianni and Honest Drain. Sincerely, W S in Providence, R I"
