"Donald Rogerson responded very quickly, analyzed the photos I sent him, knew exactly what to bring, and provided a very reasonable quote over the phone. "I had a water leak in my front yard & after researching the highest rated Plumbers, I found Rooter Pro Plumbing of Georgia. They had great ratings on Trust Dale Caldwell, Angi's List, & Google. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great! I will use them again & recommend them to my friends & family! Paul Taylor"

"Edward was very helpful and professional.  He made sure we got the unit we needed for our water usage and that would
fit the way the previous heater was installed.

The reason I am writing this today is that we already had a part fail.  Disappointing since the previous unit did not need to
be serviced until it failed at 16 years old.  However, Edward was at my house within a few hours of my call on a Monday morning to check it out.  He found the failed part and called the manufacturer to ship the needed replacement part.  Luckily still under warranty.  He even negotiated free shipping for the part since it was barely a year old.

I will always call Edward for our serious plumbing needs.  He also installed a few fixtures for us last year during a kitchen and bathroom remodel.  I am always pleased with is work.  He always takes the time to explain the problem and answer any questions I have for him."

"Deep Dive was very responsive and finished the work quickly and efficiently. I will call them for all my plumbing needs from now on."

"Excellent work. Knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Will definitely use again for all my plumbing needs."

"This was an outstanding experience and it has certainly changed my view on plumbing services for the home. As a long time homeowner I have used different plumbing services over the years and I was very skeptical about starting this process but I really needed to get this work done. I remember that my godson had used hey service and was really pleased with the quality and performance, so I called him and get the information on keep smiling plumbing, went to Angie’s list to read the reviews and decided to give these guys a chance. I place a call, and after two rings it was answered by Shirley, who had a pleasing voice and was very professional providing me information about the business. Needless to say I was impressed and that was just the beginning of my project. Shirley told me that someone would be out the next day between 9 & 11am to take a look at my issue and give me an estimate. Sure enough, Brian arrived about 10 minutes after 9, assessed the problem and gave me an estimate which was much less than I expected because of my previous experiences and certainly I gave him the go ahead. Brian was efficient, professional, quick and cleaned up the work area. I was very impressed with this company and I HIGHLY recommend. I will use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs."

"The installers were very courteous and professional. It wasnâ t completed in one day because they found a drain issue that they wanted the plumbing inspector to address before completing the installation. The project turned out perfect and was a dream come true. Thank you Kyle, Justin, Darrell, and the plumbing inspector for a job well done."
