"I usually DIY almost everything for my house, but the well issue I was having was just a bit beyond my skillset. Other local well/plumbing companies turned down my project, but Jason and his brother were very helpful and willing to take it on. They were upfront and honest with really great communication. Very knowledgeable and flexible. I'd never had an issue with my well before, but if I ever do again Sub-Surface will be my first and only call. Would highly recommend."

"We have been using Patrick's services since 2016 in our properties as well a relative's property. He has fixed things like unclogging a drain to major sewer repairs. Patrick is always available when we call and his prices are reasonable. He is very reliable and trustworthy, has the best prices compare to other plumbers and has diagnosed problems other plumbers have missed. I cannot say enough about this company. Definitely recommend and will continue using as well."

"Brian Came quickly. He was on another service call he called and let me know about how long he was going to be there and gave an estimate time on his arrival. He fixed the problem in time before it became a bigger problem. He had also recommended us to a septic man who came out to the home quick diagnosed the problem and immediately fixed it ! Thank you."

"Very well. Four seasons was great"

"Lenny from CJ Plumbing came on time, and did an immaculate job! We needed to connect a new sink in our kitchen, and not only that CJ Plumbing are well versed with the code, they also came with the great idea of using an air-switch! The cost was very reasonable, and the execution of the work immaculate. We highly recommend CJ Plumbing and we will most definitely use them again"

"My toilet was leaking into the neighbors unit and I needed someone to come out right away. Green tech fit me in the next day, replaced the ring seal and added sealant to prevent further leaks. They were even nice and polite with my super barky dog that doesn't like strangers in the house. A+ would definitely use again."

"Very Pleased! Mark was very helpful and is to return to test our water. We had him install a water softener and last minute added an iron breaker as well... Installation went very smoothly! Highly recommend... Ursula"

"Cleaned out the main sewer even though it didn't need cleaning. What was supposed be cleaned was the catch basin. Crew came over could not open the lid, told me that it would be up to me to open it. Then they would com back. You would think that they would how all the tools and no how to open any and all catch basin. They never called me back or followed up with me. I will never ever use them again. Very disappointed."

"He was great. It was an emergency on a weekend and he got here quickly. My toilet tank in the back bathroom had cracked and when I tried to shut off the water, I realized that the valve was faulty. He was able to do the repair very quickly. They were responsive."

"So, it's noon, I have 25 people coming to my house for dinner and my kitchen sink gets clogged.  Oh, by the way, it's freaking Thanksgiving!!!!
I scan Angie's List and a few other rating services and come across several well-rated plumbers.  A few frantic phone calls later (voice mail on the first three calls) and I stumble upon Jon.  He picks up the phone (what a surprise!) and tries to walk me through a fix over the phone.  After five minutes of back-and-forth, Jon finally says, "I'm can be over in twenty minutes."
Now, I'm not really in a position to negotiate and I figure it's going to be crazy expensive.  Jon shows up, on-time, dressed like he is heading to a family dinner, which I'm assuming he was.
An hour later, the sink is draining and Jon is cleaning up after making me promise to never peel potatoes into the disposal again.  He then gives me the bill.  Not only did he not charge me an outrageous price, but I've paid substantially more for a plumber on a Tuesday afternoon at 1:00pm for less work.
I can't speak to all the reviews on his work, but I would venture to guess that there isn't one other plumber on the planet earth that would have taken care of a first-time customer like Jon did today.  He is the best plumber in the Chicagoland area, in my humble opinion.
