Due to our budget and the nature of our septic problems, we had the work on our system done in two phases, and from the first time he came to our house 9 months ago, through the completion of all the work we needed to get the system functioning correctly this week, Bryan was so helpful. He made us feel comfortable as we dealt with an unfortunate situation. He and his team excavated and reset our pump tank, completely redid the manifolds for our drip fields and corrected several other issues with the pipes going into and out of the septic tank. "We were in the process of selling & during the inspection the buyer found a issue with the sewer. On a Sunday at 7:30 we sent a request on Angie's list for a plumber to return my call. True Blue answered me in less than an hour and we got scheduled within a day. I met with Anthony and he was able to diagnose the problem and get me a quote. We had other quotes and not one of them offered to clean up after the repairs. Anthony was absolutely the best to work with. We decided to get a partial sewer replacement and a waterline fixed. He was great at communicating everything to us and even sent numerous pictures of the progress. They did such a great job of cleaning up and even worked on the weekends to get the job done!! "Everyone at the Leaky Cellar was fantastic.  We called after a steady rain Thursday night had turned our small problem of a basement crack into something that felt like a waterfall coming out of our walls. 
They were able to fit us in after 5 the very next day which was good because it proceeded to rain all day Sunday and I was out of town for the weekend. 
The fact that they were able to come out the same day we called and were able to fix the problem would on its own be enough.  But pair that with a very fair price, Lonnie being absolutely wonderful for my wife to deal with and what you end up with is a very satisfied customer.
