"Jim knows his "stuff" and was very easy to work with from start to finish! We had another company out prior to Knox and they did about $1,200 worth of work to try and fix the high levels in our septic tank only for it to fail less than two weeks later. We then called Knox and wished that we would have done that from the beginning. Jim diagnosed our septic tank failure in less than 15 minutes by probing all around our yard. He was very up front and honest with us about timelines/costs and he and his team replaced our entire system in less than a week with no surprises along the way! "The best "consultants" in their trade.  I was looking for the best performance through state-of-art design, engineering, product selection, and installation.  They did not fail.  Timmons and "Water Engineering Excellence" belong in the same sentence.  
Their recommendation of equipment were no brainers.  The value offered by their top of the line water treatment equipment exceeded what was available through competitors.  Honestly, our job went out for bid.  Timmons offered, best prices, guaranteed performance, best warrantees, and unmatched professionalism in design and installation within our mechanical room.  If we do another building project or need water conditioning expertise for any of our properties in the Indianpolis area, Timmons gets the call.  I won't even bother with competitive bids.  These guys are conscientious, honest, fairly priced, and though I haven't gotten to know them personally very well, consider them a vital partner in the success of building our new home/offices.

"Jamie came out, pumped our septic, and discovered the pump was fine...that it was the gloat that malfunctioned. He pumped the septic, re-wired our pump and installed new floats. I was happy with their honesty and responsiveness."

"The master plumber and owner of the company, Chris, was the one who came out. His job was to reset the toilets and hook up the water line and draining system once the sink was installed. The previous company I had out, Bedell plumbing, had repaired a copper pipe incorrectly and used a shortcut to make a quick fix. Instead of sautering it, he installed a cufflink, like a bandage. I didn't realize this at the time. Chris showed up 8:30-9 pm, on his own time, to my house and told me that the other company had messed up and it was eating him up. He came in and brought his own material, reaplced the copper pipe, sautered the pipe, giving me a permanent fix. He is extremely honest. He didn't even ask for money for the project. He said that it was the right thing to do. I was really moved by his kindness and how he looked out for my mother. It wasn't even part of the insurance claim and he donated his time and materials for this fix. I was also looking for a way to remove the copper piping corrosion, and he gifted me a box of Sand Cloth, which took care of it. He used only premium products. I can really trust this company. His wife, Cindy, told me that they don't own the company, God owns the company. We would never have known about this company with the contractor. I'm so thankful that we had him. The contractor is the one who knows all the good companies. The company works late, as well, which is convenient for homeowners, so that they don't have to make a trip home for the plumber.
