"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"

"we had multiple projects to get done, and Patrick called very soon after i posted the request. Patrick arrived on time to look over the job. we had a Franke Little Butler and a new replacement faucet, but Patrick was able to determine that our 20 yr old hot water tank under the sink was not compatible. we also had two toilets needing work in addition to a shut off valve for a water filter that needed replacement. after our franke hot water tank arrived Patrick and his assistant arrived the next day. "Came within an hour of my call. Thorough quote. Came to do the work at the appointed time. Needed a hot water heater replaced that was not even made anymore. This company actually had a replacement. The work done was clean and very professional. ONLY drawback was price was a bit high. But i feel the offset of them removing the tank from the house and disposing of it was well worth it. Most companies leave that mess up to homeowner."
