"When the tube leading from the fridge's water supply burst, we turned off the water at the existing valve and it immediately burst as well, leaking into the basement. I found Mayo on angieslist and John came out to provide an estimate and to review the work I needed done. John was detailed in his explanation of the problem and necessary repairs. In an effort to save me some labor costs, he suggested that I install the replacement hose after he was done replacing the valve, which I did. He repaired the leaking valve and was thorough in checking the entire house's water supply when he finished. He checked the water pressure, toilets and faucets after he turned the water back on. He was mindful of efficiency and cost when suggesting repairs and was clear about what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. I will definitely use Mayo again in the future for any needed plumbing work!"

"Initially when I called in and spoke with Paul, he spent a long time explaining to me exactly what would be done and answer all of my questions about the chimney. It went well but I thought I was supposed to get something done with my dryer, I didn't get the dryer inspection done. The gentlemen weren't aware but I didn't get logged on to double check. They said I had cracks in the base of my chimney so they repaired that as well for a bit extra. The two young gentlemen were personable. Suggestions for the company:  make sure the technicians wear a company badge, make sure the vans are marked, and maybe some sort of uniform. These are just suggestions to make sure we know who we're dealing with."

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. We highly recommend using Everett for a water treatment solution."

"Summit Power Systems was very responsive on the phone. the owner arrived as planned for a review and quote of the work I wanted to contract to them. The crew they sent to my home was FANTASTIC. They were friendly, courteous, and very efficient. Their quality was excellent. The only reason for the "value for the money" ding, is that I would have preferred to do the job myself, but I did not have the time... so, I would have saved ALL THAT MONEY! :) Honestly, the company is a keeper.
