I had him come in my home and work while I was not there and he did a great job. I really took a chance trusting someone to come in when I wasn t here and I m happy to say, I made a good decision!! "From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"

"I had another company design my septic system replacement, but Paul re-designed it to avoid having to remove a 50+ ft tall tree and added a drainage system for the water from the gutters. The old no-longer-up-to-code 2-cesspool septic system was replaced by a drainfield and Ecoflow septic tank. The work was done on the days I was told workers would be here (unlike the company that drew up the first set of specs), and Paul and Jon were always friendly and great to work with."

"Came within an hour of my call. Thorough quote. Came to do the work at the appointed time. Needed a hot water heater replaced that was not even made anymore. This company actually had a replacement. The work done was clean and very professional. ONLY drawback was price was a bit high. But i feel the offset of them removing the tank from the house and disposing of it was well worth it. Most companies leave that mess up to homeowner."
