He received a call from a customer who had no water in the house with children. The plumber asked if he could take care of that job first as a genuine concern. My well pump is just for irrigation which is not critical compared to a family without water. The plumber headed off , took care of the family and returned first thing the next morning and repaired my system. Excellent work, reasonable price, as well as compassionate."

"It went very well. Eric and his crew were professional and did a good job. They also cleaned up afterwards and hauled old line segments away and put down grass seed and straw where they dug up the yard. They let me watch the screen as they sent the camera down the line during the inspection . They also did the digging by hand on a very hot and humid day . I am impressed by their efforts! I will recommend this company to family and friends and hire in the future if needed! They also came out a day earlier than I was expecting which worked out well for me ."

"After waiting all day for another plumber, who had promised to restore water service but did NOT because it was too late when he arrives - I called several other companies starting around 5 pm to decide who would do the repair the next day). R & T called me around 7pm. In explaining the problem I voiced my frustration that we had been without water since 3 am in the morning - and obviously would need to wait until the next day. He offered to come iimmediately. He quoted a fixed price for the repair plus parts. They did the work effieciently and for the quoted prices. We had water back by 11:30pm."
