"It went well. project was a bit more complex than expected but in end I was satisfied with the work. I agreed with plumber to update some of the work and did not feel he was trying to "sell" me more than was necessary."

"We called multiple “A” rated contractors who had really excessive installation costs (excluding haul away of the old unit) or would only install their brand of softener. Rob from R & D Plumbing was easily reachable and offered a flat reasonable rate with haul away included. The installation went smooth, no issues at all. Would use R & D again for future plumbing needs, no doubt."

"the work done on kitchen faucet and shut-off valve were done well, but the toilet is still leaking. I felt like the guy was not interested in working on that task, because it required more investigating and was in a tight space"

"Randy & his team did an excellent job for us. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. All throughout the process we were kept well informed on next steps, schedule, process, etc. They are time efficient, honor their pricing, & don’t consider their job complete until they get the results they promise. My basement radon levels started around 4.0 and were reduced to 0.50. I would gladly recommend them & would gladly hire them again should a future home need radon reduction."
