Our 15-year-old Leland cypress trees were significantly brown and crispy and although they provided significant privacy, we decided to have them removed.  We also decided to have our 'home grown' walls and walkways replaced with hardscaping.  Mr. Blewett was responsive to our request, provided a hand-drawn mock up of the design interpreted from our email to him, met with us to firm up the plan and answer questions, and began work immediately despite frigid and otherwise unfriendly weather.  He and his crew were tenacious and productive despite conditions.  They arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving each day.  Once again, we are very happy with the results of the efforts of Blewett Lawn & Landscape.
Corey Blewett definitely understands the value of customer focus, a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a job well done. Despite the heavy equipment and weight of materials and tools, watching the work progress was poetry in motion--the final presentation was beyond our expectation.  We have yet to be able to wipe the smiles off our faces.  "Wow!" has been the response from our neighbors, friends, and family when they see the "after".
This was a major purchase for us.  We see it as an investment.  A very, very good one.

"I hired these guys to clear off my land to build my home. They cleared the land, installed a septic, built my house pad, built my driveway, and placed my water line & underground electric. These guys were phenomenal. I would recommend them to everyone needing some work done!"

"A few months ago I found a leak in what I thought was our septic system in our backyard. It smelled like sewage and was near our tank so seemed like a reasonable assumption. We have a pool and lots of concrete and for some reason our septic tank is underneath all this concrete near the pool (was this way since we moved in). I had a few different plumbers come out and take a look. Nearly all of them took one quick look at it and immediately decided it would be just as expensive to tear up all the concrete getting to the septic tank and field lines just to figure out where the leak was. So they all recommended just installing a new tank. In a way they were all correct, it would have cost a fortune to get to the tank. But when Shane came out and checked the leak he suggested that he spend a little time digging where the leak was in case he found it quickly. He thought it might be a field line leaking that wasn't buried as far away from the grass as the tank and might be accessible. He did agree that if he couldn't find the leak in the first couple of feet then it would be best just to go ahead and install a new tank. I should add that his quote for installing the new tank was the best I found, plus he said he would not charge me for the extra work looking for the cause of the leak if he didn't find it. When he and his two co-workers came out they started by digging out the area where the leak was as well as digging a few yards away from the concrete in hopes of finding a field line leading to the leak. They spent about 2 hours working on finding the leak and eventually they did. it turned out the leak was not from the septic system at all! Our kitchen sink and washing machine (possibly dishwasher too) had a separate line not connected to the septic system that had broken and was leaking. Shane fixed the leak and installed a new field line for this separate line and our problem has been solved. It was still an expensive fix (about $5000), but he saved us at least $4000 ($9000 was the cheapest quote for our new tank installation and re-routing plumbing). Not only that, but had we had a new tank installed, we would have spent that $9000 and still had the same leak! Shane was the only person who even made the suggestion to take a closer look where the leak was. All the other plumbers just immediately decided I needed to install a new tank. So we could have ended up spending nearly 10k (or even more depending on which plumber we chose) on a new tank, then another 5k on fixing the real issue! And let's not even get started on the fact that our whole side yard would have been torn up as part of the new tank installation (the field lines he installed were in back in an area that we didn't care as much about). So I can't thank Shane enough for being sensible and suggesting spending just an hour or so diagnosing the problem before jumping into a super expensive fix! I would for sure recommend Rapid Rooter again!"

They recommended a custom configuration they have developed for our area. We had the system installed today and now have the comfort in knowing that our water is as clean as can be for drinking, showering, washing clothes, etc. The installers (Red and John) did an excellent job and explained in detail how everything worked. I would definitely recommend having them come out to your home to explain the benefits of a Kinetico system."

"After checking the reviews here, we called AAA Basement Waterproofing to inquire about a crawl space that was getting wet. We talked to Donna & she scheduled an appointment for Jeff to come out & give us an estimate. 
Jeff showed up right on time & proceeded to check out our crawl space for water damage. After he surveyed the inside & outside areas, he gave us idea's on how we could fix the problem ourselves. He pointed out several things that we could do, such as grading behind the house & redirecting  our downspouts from our eaves troughs. He told us exactly the kind of PVC pipe that we needed to run a drain from the corner of the crawl space. On top of all that, he gave us printed instructions, with a list of needed supplies, on completing the job from start to finish, saving us a lot of money. Jeff is a very honest man! I would highly recommend this company & would not hesitate to use their services in the future. The reviews on Angie's List speak for themselves.
