"Well I would beware if you wanted to get a quote from these guys. I needed to get a new well. I received 3 quotes from different sources. These guys came in the best. First I signed the contract in late June and did not get the well till Early Sept. Took an awful long time. They blamed it on weather but there were plenty of stretches of nice weather. No excuse. Then when they finally did complete, the sent me a bill for over $1000 more. Again no excuse. They said they had to do more work so it cost more. Then they need a new estimator who knows what they are doing. I could see a couple of hundred off but not $1000. BEWARE!"

"I got suspicious, when the original installer tested the well the same day of installation, two of the tests came back as unsafe.
Showed high levels of Coliform  & Arsenic. A Friend told me to call Hahn's pump service. I talked to Ben, & he said I should wait App.
2 Weeks & run the water 8 -10 Hours for a couple of days before testing. That's what we did. Jake, Ben's service man came out the next day, checked the whole water system & took samples. Four days later the results came back. All three samples cam back SAFE.
Coliform & Arsenic were ABSENT. It's really nice dealing with a Honest & Trustworthy Company, that is very Knowledgeable & Competent at their Profession. They will have all my future business. Also, they would have been $800.00 Cheaper than the
original installer."

"The overall install went well except for a small flaw. The small hole drilled in the PVC pipe splashes wtr out of the sump when pmp is activated. I now have to try to cover a portion of the sump to eliminate the issue."

"Great customer service and great people. I called after hours when I realized my grinder pump had failed. I got a person on the phone and scheduled an appointment for 9:00am the next day. The following day got a call at 7:30 indicating a scheduling error meant that they would be there at 11:00, if that was OK. (I understand that these things happen) I was a busy and asked if there was anyway they could still make the 9:00 am call. They said they would call their 9:00 and see if they would be OK moving their appointment to 11:00. I got a call back 5min later saying they could make the 9:00am appointment. Way to go above and beyond! (and thank you Mr./Ms. 9:00 appointment for being willing to move!) They arrived right at 9:00am and quickly analyzed the problem. Yep - It appeared that the grinder pump had seized. He pulled the old pump, and since they are expensive, doubled checked to make sure the issue was a bad pump (checking for shorts). It was. He then installed the new pump, tested operation, amperage, and run time and recorded each in our record so they would know exactly what the new pump was doing for future service calls. It's good to work with a company that is in it for the long haul - not just get your money and run. Plus - I did get some pricing from other to see what they would charge to replace a grinder pump, and ASI was very competitive - on the low/middle of the mix. These high pressure pumps are more expensive than I was expecting ($2500-$5000), but when you see how they are made and what they need to do in the environment they do it in, I can now understand the cost.
