"On Wednesday morning I woke up to water in my basement due to a leaky gauge. I called Agua Well and Pump and they told me they could try to get out that day but for sure the next day. The woman that answered the phone gave me her cell phone number so I could forward a video of the problem. About 4 hours later, I received a call that they would be at my house in 5 - 10 minutes. I left work and by the time I got home, they were there. The service technician, Chad explained everything to me and gave me his recommendation to replace the pressure tank due to the gauge leaking and the age of my tank. I went back to work and the job was completed by the time I got done for the day. Excellent communication and customer service!"

"Called up Mike in the afternoon regarding my leaking well pressure tank and he couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating!  He was able to make it out bright and early the very next morning to replace everything.  Mike and his son were very professional and courteous.  Explained everything in laymans terms. Very timely and were able to finish everything in an hours time.  Cleaned up everything, with nary a trace that they had been here.  Will definitely use in future for any of our well needs. "The overall install went well except for a small flaw. The small hole drilled in the PVC pipe splashes wtr out of the sump when pmp is activated. I now have to try to cover a portion of the sump to eliminate the issue."

"Great customer service and great people. I called after hours when I realized my grinder pump had failed. I got a person on the phone and scheduled an appointment for 9:00am the next day. The following day got a call at 7:30 indicating a scheduling error meant that they would be there at 11:00, if that was OK. (I understand that these things happen) I was a busy and asked if there was anyway they could still make the 9:00 am call. They said they would call their 9:00 and see if they would be OK moving their appointment to 11:00. I got a call back 5min later saying they could make the 9:00am appointment. Way to go above and beyond! (and thank you Mr./Ms. 9:00 appointment for being willing to move!) They arrived right at 9:00am and quickly analyzed the problem. Yep - It appeared that the grinder pump had seized. He pulled the old pump, and since they are expensive, doubled checked to make sure the issue was a bad pump (checking for shorts). It was. He then installed the new pump, tested operation, amperage, and run time and recorded each in our record so they would know exactly what the new pump was doing for future service calls. It's good to work with a company that is in it for the long haul - not just get your money and run. Plus - I did get some pricing from other to see what they would charge to replace a grinder pump, and ASI was very competitive - on the low/middle of the mix. These high pressure pumps are more expensive than I was expecting ($2500-$5000), but when you see how they are made and what they need to do in the environment they do it in, I can now understand the cost. Thank you guys!"
