"After calling multiple companies to get someone out to pump my septic tank I finally got one to answer the phone. Mind you, this was an emergency and I needed someone ASAP as my septic tank was overflowing into my yard! Quality Service Today answered on the second ring. I spoke with a young lady who was so nice and professional who was able to help get me on schedule later in the afternoon (but same day) my technician was Jeremy who was very nice and explained all my options and provided upfront pricing so that I could make my own decision. "Showed up on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. I had already agreed to pay an extra $250 for the Saturday install, but they then added another $200 to reinstall the recirculation pump that I had on my old tank. When I was quoted, I had taken pictures of the expansion tank and talked through it, so I was not too happy about being charged extra for it as it should have been included in the quote. Besides that, the soldering job is a little sloppy but should hold. They also made quite a watery mess removing my old tank, which I had to clean. In the end, their pricing was reasonable even with the extra fees, and they were able to come out the next day and install the heater, which I needed due to having small children in the house."
