"My pump switch at the tank in my basement was cycling on and off every 40 seconds. The noise of the cycling switch was bothering me at bedtime and something to worry about. First called Tom on the phone and was impressed by his knowledge and experience in the well industry The 2 other companIes I also contacted did not seem to be as experienced and gave me quotes without knowing the problem with my system. I chose Able Well and Pump Service after some research and investigating the area near the well where I found wet soil and runoff below the well head. Able Well and Pump was there in a couple of days. They arrived with a back hoe and quality parts to complete the well repair which turned out to be a corroded galvanized fitting connecting the well casing to the PVC pipe that goes into the house. A stainless steel fitting and a lot of digging solved my problem. Thanks to Tom and Mike for being patient with all my questions and getting the job done. The men also adjusted the pressure in the tank and cleaned the switch contacts. Cost was reasonable for the job. I would call Able Well and Pump again without hesitation. "Thought my well tank and switch had gone bad. Called Jerry’s they were out to look at my problem same day. They believed it was the tank and switch as well. Having an old house where the additions were built over the actual well. Anyway they came back the next morning and worked tirelessly to get water back to my home. Unfortunately the well ended up being the problem but they recommended a well drilling company. Awesome job guys!!"

"Upon responding to a call late in the evening (already a plus), provider arrived around the time he had offered,  Starting to look at controls technician new right away the brand and then proceed to check and test the pump.  Afer a couple of trials found that the capacitor was not working.  Luckily he had one in stock (another plus for the service) and replaced it.  While not an expert myself, not sure the cost of parts but the charge inheritly has an opportunity cost that is crucial to make repais.  Well done!

David came out and replaced our existing sub pump and installed a battery back up pump. He was on time and communicated with me exactly what he was going to do. When he was done he explained how both pumps worked, I understood it very well. He cleaned the u very well.

"I'd previously asked Backyard Ponds to clean and net my ponds the last week in September. I called the Friday before to find out when they could come, and they agreed to send their workers on Monday. They team arrived on time. They were pleasant and professional I walked them through what I wanted them to do. It was a complicated job; there were three ponds, and each pond required different care. The team went to work right away. They spent most of the day on the effort, breaking only for lunch. When they were done, I inspected the ponds. The only thing I had to ask them to do was put a net over the waterfall on one of the ponds. The fish they handled were in good condition after the cleaning. The workers left no debris on the job site. The company sent the bill in a timely manner, listing labor and materials so I would understand the charges. I would happily use them again!"
