They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. "Mr Kamienski did an excellent job on my basement.  The usual system he uses did not work in my situation, but he was extremely responsive and immediately came up with an alternative solution for no extra charge.  The mark of a true professional is when something doesn't go quite to plan... Mr Kamienski was responsive, resourceful, and made corrections that are working extremely well.  In fact during the recent flooding in my area, my neighbors' basements were all under water.  My basement is BONE DRY thanks to this company.  I am delighted with his work!

They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work. Would highly recommend Stay Dry to others for work to repair foundation cracks and rod hole leaks."
