Due to our budget and the nature of our septic problems, we had the work on our system done in two phases, and from the first time he came to our house 9 months ago, through the completion of all the work we needed to get the system functioning correctly this week, Bryan was so helpful. He made us feel comfortable as we dealt with an unfortunate situation. He and his team excavated and reset our pump tank, completely redid the manifolds for our drip fields and corrected several other issues with the pipes going into and out of the septic tank. He is an expert in his field and never hesitated to share his knowledge with us, to answer any questions we had about the situation we were dealing with or to increase our understanding of our system. He is prompt with communication and never made us feel like we were burdening him with questions as we navigated the best way to resolve the circumstances we were working with.
