The faucet on one had a manufacturers defect which the manufacturer sent out a replacement free of charge. Matt and the team were there the same day I received it and installed it. No further issues. I had them do a house inspection of the plumbing and they flushed out the tank less water heater that resulted in the removal of sediment that accumulated over the past 9 years since it was installed. They show you all of their work. This company and its employees are honest and above board. I highly recommend them. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I will be calling this company."
