"We were stuck in the middle of a plumbing project and couldnâ t complete it. We had been trying for hours to drill a hole into a stainless sink to no avail. We needed an expert! I googled plumbers in the area and found Felix right away. It was our lucky day because he was available and he came over immediately. What had taken us hours (without success) took Felix maybe 15 minutes tops. He came with the right tools as well as his personal experience and we were able to continue on with the installation of our reverse osmosis filter installation. They were on time, professional, and had our new heater up and running with just the two scheduled visits. I will certainly use them again when we are ready to have our air conditioner replaced.

I would like to add that we received a call telling us that they would like to come out and take care of a scheduled inspection and service  of our air-conditioner. I told them that I hadn't scheduled that and was then informed that it was complimentary. I scheduled a 7am appointment so that I could leave for work on time. The Tech showed up on time, inspected, cleaned, and serviced our air-conditioner within the time frame that was promised. I was able to get to work on time and the air conditioner is working wonderfully. I have seen a couple of reviews that state they are a bit high priced but I find that you truly get what you pay for. Our heater was wonderful this last winter and the complimentary cleaning and servicing of our air conditioner was just an added bonus. Once again I would very highly recommend them.

  Feb-2016  New update for this wonderful company. We had a complimentary heater inspection and check-up and once again they were able to accommodate my work schedule. They came out early, checked and cleaned, replaced the filter, and got done in time for me to head off to work. They are very professional and I appreciate that.  Thanks again Wightons.

"I have used Reiko plumbing many times in the past.  I was very satisfied with all aspects of their work. The labor charge was $75/hour. 
In the last month they offered to change my garbage disposal for $778.42.  There would not breakdown the cost of labor and replacement parts.  I went to Home Depot and brought a top of the line InSinkErator for $223.00.  I replaced the garbage disposal unit myself in 30 minutes.
I think it unprofessional to not divulge the cost of the replacement parts and their labor costs are unjustified.

"The service went well. The technician was very nice. He was not able to repair the toilet, but he did try very hard. We ended up having to buy a new toilet. I did have to wait a while to schedule the service because they were quite busy. He did show up to our appointment on time."
