"From the first phone call scheduling a convenient time for the service to be performed, through the appointment day, everything went flawlessly. The price was in-line with other companies and the price quoted was what was charged. No hidden fees. Very professional and extremely cautious in relation to landscaping and property (chose not to drive through the yard to access tanks, used hoses instead.) Very positive experience."

"Professional friendly staff. Consultation and install of new hot water tank same day"

"did what they were hired for just fine, but then found out needed a new well"

"My project was no water. They needed to replace wires from pump in well to pressure tank in crawl space under my house, which required them to dig about a foot deep and about six feet from well to house. They came out and completed this task same day I called, However, after they left I noticed a pounding sound when I flushed my toilet, so two days later the same gentleman had to come again to replace the pressure tank. They again had to do some digging to get the tank under my house were able to complete same day Both jobs were completed in a two or three hour time frame and reasonably priced. I had been without water for five days before their first visit because I did not know who to call an electrician, a plumber or a well tech."

"The rep, Derec, and installers were very professional and concerned that we were satisfied with our units. We were given choices with different seer ratings. Warranty and explanations as well as check list for completion was given. Discounts and electric rebates were included, plus they did the paper work with permits!"

"I called Matt on the recommendation of my realtor, to investigate some  overhead lighting that had never worked during the life of my house.  I also had some other minor issues - like the garbage disposal switch that never had a cover, and no standard cover would fit (small space under the sink).   Matt answered the phone himself and I booked him for Friday AM at 9. He was prompt and very friendly, cheerful and intelligent. He did a lot of work to investigate the nonfunctional lighting - the upshot was that I may need to have wires fished up the wall and I want to think about having that done.  If I decide to have it done, I will hire Matt to do it.
In the course of investigating the issue with the overhead lighting, a safety hazard was found - a previous electrician had connected the neutral wire to the ground screw. Matt explained clearly why that was dangerous and he installed a ground wire. I suggested that he investigate the other outlets that had been updated by that same person, and found that one outlet was not grounded at all. He switched that out for a 2-prong outlet; all the other outlets checked out OK (they were grounded properly).  He also created a cover for the garbage disposal switch by sawing down a standard switchplate.
He spent about 2 hours here and I feel very comfortable with his thoroughness and honesty, and the quality of his work. I was struck by a couple of endearing things - one was that he took a call from his mom (no one should ignore Mom call) - he did not talk long with her while he worked and politely told her he'd call her back - and the other was that when I specified a company that had done some electricial work in the house in the past (NOT the person who put in the unsafe outlet), he spoke well of them.  I appreciate the integrity of someone who doesn't malign his competitors. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt and will hire him again if I need electrical work done!

"Went well and spigot is still working great approx a year later. I've hired him to snake drains at my rental properties. I'm reschedule to have him install hardware for my claw foot tub. I had to cancel prior appointment due to my busy schedule. But I will write another review when job is completed I don't remember cost of spigot but it was an Angie's Deal. His rates are in line with other plumbers; not the lowest but not the highest. Approx $85/ hr plus parts."
