"John replaced our rental septic tank. The project was completed in 1 day & the site was left raked & seeded as promised. We highly recommend his work."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"While other companies spent years trying to figure out what was wrong with my system and after much money spent on â fixesâ , Eastern Water found a small piston dysfunction and the fix was simple and not expensive. I plan to switch to them for my routine maintenance. Additionally, they were responsive, efficient and reliable. The service person was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me."

"Called a bunch of plumbing places. They called me back right away and came very next day to assess the situation (Saturday). They were in here Monday and out same day just a few hours later! We had a massively huge hot water tank, but the crew stayed steady on the course and never complained once regarding tight spaces to navigate in the house. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend to anyone seeking plumbing services! Great job!"

"The two men arrived on time, were courteous and expedient. They replaced my faucet and showed/explained what they had done before leaving. Shortly thereafter, I am experiencing a leak in my basement which may/may not be related to the project. If it continues, I will call them out to investigate the issue."

"Arrived on time. Very friendly and outgoing as well as professional. Explained everything he was doing. Very thorough. Reasonably priced for work done. Would absolutely use them again for our plumbing needs."

"TPK LLC did an amazing job unclogging my kitchen drain. They were professional, quick, and got everything flowing perfectly again. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"My boiler stop working come to find out it was the gas valve and it need to be clean out. I love the experience I had with the company that was very transparent and open with the task step by step"

"They solved a water problem at a window well with simple regrading and layering in hard packed process to encourage the water to drain away from the house. Jason was very helpful with diagnosing the issue and providing a solution. It was a relatively small job that I was having trouble getting a contractor to pay attention to. Jade construction was very helpful and customer friendly. Got the job done quickly."
