"I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.
 
1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"Not really what I expected ... we had a communications breakdown to start with and they showed up at the house unannounced at 8am on a holiday weekend. When we have had our gutters cleaned in the past, they normally would either sweep out or scoop out the gutters and then run water through them to cleanout the rest. "This was the best exterior paint work I have ever had at my home in 33 years. The crew power washed all the exterior before proceeding. The fiberglass siding had algae growth and is now squeaky clean and bright. This work was contracted very late in October, which is well past normal painting season. The George's Paint organization provided a very large crew that completed the entire job in four days. I am so grateful that this winter my home is properly protected. "I have about 2 acres of wooded yard and fell hopelessly behind dealing with the leaves. So I contacted the folks at ACE for some help. The staff and service was great from start to finish.
They we friendly when I called to  set up the appointment and worked with me to accommodate my work schedule. And, they continued to to make sure I was in the loop when the two gentlemen came to do the work. Not only did they contacted me to tell me they were going to be a bit delayed - it turned out to be about an half-hour - because of some engine troubles, they also spent time with me when the arrived to find out what my expectations were and where I wanted them to focus their efforts. Afterwards, they gave me regular progress updates. Since they were hired at an hourly rate, they wanted to make sure that they completed the work  I needed done and that there were no unexpected surprises regarding the cost. Both of which, I very much appreciated.
Moreover, although the cost was a bit higher than I hoped, that was because I underestimated the scale of the job. In retrospect, the cost was very fair given  the herculean effort of the two gentlemen - unfortunately I can't recall their names - to clear up all of the leaves. They worked nonstop, methodically, and effectively, and were able to clean up the entire property. When they were done there wasn't so much as a leaf or branch left behind anywhere. I was amazed!
I can't say enough good things about the folks at ACE. I would hire them again in an instant and would recommend them to anyone who needs work done around the yard.

Mr. Nooney came to look at the problem within two days of our first contact. He discussed
all the possible causes, and said he would not be able to determine exactly how
much work was needed until he began the work. He scheduled us for just over one
week later.
 
He and his crew arrived as promised and began to investigate two potential trouble spots.  One area was benign while the second required attention.  The roofing around fireplace chimney was improperly installed.  Jon and
his crew diagnosed the problem, installed new flashing and replaced both the tar paper and shingles in the affected area. 
The entire cost was under $400. 
The area was left neat and all debris was cleared.

"Overall it all went smoothly. My tenant vacated after washer leaked. When I entered condo I saw all the damage their 2 little dogs had done. They bit the baseboards and peed so laminate had lifted. I’ve had to replace all the flooring and baseboards in living and dining area. And little by little I am finding more things that aren’t working ie dishwasher recently and now disposal.
