"We wanted a restucco that would completely change the color and texture of our house, as well as stuccoing over a big piece of wood siding in the front of our house which was beginning to be a problem.  Alvaro showed up for the estimate exactly when he said he would, and got back promply with an estimate.  He noticed an issue on the roof that needed attention, and recommended we get a roofer to address this before he proceed with stucco.  He came over while the roofers were here (on July 4th) to make sure they were doing everything that he needed done correctly.  We were delayed by rain, and a couple of issues popped up, but Alvaro kept us informed, and was a professional in every way.  His crew did a great job, and were as unobtrusive as a they could be.  I would not hesitate to recommend BluSky, and will call Alvaro in the future as needed.

"Kevin and his son, are very respectful wonderful people. They pay attention to the details and completed the project in a timely manner. I will hire them again when I expand the fence line. Kevin was also very helpful, referring me to one of his subcontractors ( Salinas Paint Company) who did my interior painting, who were also excellent."

"Bad you did not perform service, because claim adjuster lied to me first email said my out side until cover and I have to pay inside coil which is about $1500 which was fine. After few days she called me said I have pay $3500 and my warranty cover only $1500 which was lie I’m not happy with claim adjuster, I called customer service to find out my air coverage it was fals statement from claim adjuster, I have your warranty at least more then 5 years and I had no problem your customer service is very good I recommend several my friends and family members who has choice home warranty"

"They rebuilt our wrap around deck and added a roof. Extended our garage apartment deck, and added a roof to that. Replaced the screen in over 30 windows. Replaced storm doors, and garage side entry door. Pressure washed and painted garage and house. They were punctual, reliable, and extremely polite. We feel blessed to have found a group of people like this, and they will always be the ones we call for any work we need done to our home."

"They did a Super Job, and did it with Care. A Pleasure to do business with. Thank you Adams brothers for a Great looking Roof."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I genuinely recommend Ybarra Professional Builders for their track of time, quality of servcie, punctuality and the level of professionalism. We had appointed several other bulders nearby our town however, never we were satisfied with the sidings and looks we had for our home as an outcome. Now i could say that they (Ybarra Professional Builders) did a tremondous job in order to make it look very great and smooth."
