Drew responded to my request very quickly, had a very reasonable rate, gave great communication, and workmanship was solid. On day one, he offered to assist with getting the doors picked up from the store and moved to my home after the initial vendor failed. He held his installation date on the day after July 4th. I have an older home, the doors required some specialty cuts to ensure a good fit and Drew did a great job of ensuring they were cut well. Drew was professional, communicative, and dependable."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

He handled my claim from start to finish, He was able to work with my insurance company. "Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."
