"The work crew arrived on time and set up to begin work in empty unit after I demo'd old windows. They made cut-outs where necessary and installed the new windows, then insulated and caulked and did the trim work inside and out. It took most of the week. My property manager scheduled with the tenants. The tenants all liked the new look and extra light and ventilation! These new windows should improve the insulating factor from the other ones. "Technician determined due to age of refrigerator the compressor could not be repaired. Technician was very prompt and professional letting me know exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. However, Choice Warranty decided to give me a buy out of only $450.00. Old refrigerator was a side by side Amana with indoor water and ice. Choice Warranty did not replace my old refrigerator with something comparable as I thought the warranty was going to do. The $450 buy out was hardly enough to buy a basic top freezer model. If I wanted to by a similar side by side I had to pay the difference out of my pocket."

"I can't speak highly enough of this company and the professionalism of the men who performed the work at our house. The men arrived early every morning as they said they would. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned up the construction area and left when we arrived home from work. The men were very professional and continually attempted to make our house comfortable for us even though there was construction all around us. They were very kind and considerate workers, always open to any additional projects that we added to their workload. They graciously offered to bring our furniture back into the house and arranged it for us. If they left for the day before we arrived at home, they always secured the house. A portion of the work was performed in the master bath. They showed great respect for our space. The men were also very skilled in the work they performed. The flooring looks amazing, the tile work is beautiful, electrical work complicated and perfect, you would never know we had sheetrock work done, and painting looks perfect. In summary, although the price seemed a little high to me (although I'm not an expert in what construction costs should be) the employees and owner of Crestone treated us like their family and completed the work close to their bid amount with professionalism and expert skill. I would not hesitate to hire them again for additional remodeling.

"Removed and hauled bags of leaves and debris from cut down trees (limbs and trunks). Workers arrived early and worked diligently. All debris was removed in a timely manner. They also bagged piles of dead grass that were raked that weren't part of the job.

"They were VERY punctual, professional, and did a great job.  I contacted other painters who gave me quotes and promises but never showed up, not this time.  Keith at Protek was on top of returning my calls, coming in on bid, and a perfectionist when it came to the quality of work.  I am already planning on having them come back to paint some interior rooms.  Highly recommend!!

"Dan is the best.  I don't even bother to call anyone else.  His work is incredible - everyone that sees my windows or any other work he has done at my house (bathroom remodels, hardwood stairs) wants his number.  You can tell that he takes pride in his work.  My floors, doors and trim turned out beautifully.  He called me almost every day to check in, let me know how we were doing schedule wise (rain was causing some delays on lacquer drying).  I really appreciated the communication so I knew what was going on.  I totally trust him to make decisions about things that need to be done.  Nice guy, spectacular craftsman - can't wait for him to get started on my next job (and how often do you hear that about a dusty remodel??).

"Jeff was very thorough and communicated his intentions in a very clear manner.  We provided the insulation and drywall.  Jeff provided the labor as well as some miscellaneous materials needed such as 2 X 4 s for fastening the drywall in two of the corners of the frame, and trim for the windows.  Originally, I had thought I would do this project myself, especially since it was a shed.  I'm really glad we opted to have a professional do the work.  I couldn't be happier with the results.  The walls are painted and require no additional work. 

It may also be helpful to know that in bidding the job originally, Jeff was willing to work with us on our finished product.  Since we are talking about an outbuilding, if all we wanted was functionality, Jeff indicated he would have been able to reduce the price somewhat by only doing rough work  with the taping and mud.   He explained if we wanted to go this route, you would be able to see the tape a little in the seams.  We opted for a more finished look since we are intending to use our shop as a home office.  In the end, I'm glad we spent a little extra for a nice finished look.

"The work that was performed was really great quality and they are very professional. They knew what they had to do and got it done with in a timely manner, which satisfied me. I would highly recommend them to other residents or private owners to do some great work on there homes like they did mine."
