I received a call from Damian shortly after I inquired with home depot for a whole house water treatment system. He came on-time and well-prepared for my appointment providing a positively enlightening and enjoyable experience. What was also nice was that he did not pressure me to purchase anything. I settled for the top-tiered product that Kinetico offered which was a very expensive system and wished that I didn’t have to spend that much. Still, expensive upfront but besides the greatly improved quality of life, I will be saving on future costs from damages that hard water can cause on my new home, appliances, and health. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"
