We called Logan Heating after reading all posivive reviews on Angies List and the B.B.B.

David the Confort Specialist call and setup an appointment and was at my home on time. He took the time to listen to our reasoning for calling since our system was still working.
After replacing windows, siding, and adding insulation to the walls of the house we still felt that cost of our utilities could be reduced more with up to date heating and air conditioning units.
David looked over our entire system and found the furnace to be 22 years old. After his review of our system with us, we sat down reviewed what equipment we had, and the goals we wanted to achive. David started pulling out the literature on different options we had and we thought here we go, another high pressure sales job. WE WERE WRONG!!! What he had was all the information to let us decide on our own what was best for us, and our home. He explained how different systems were more efficiat than others even though all were better than what we had, and all would save energy dollars for us.WE DECIDED, NOT DAVID, which system would best serve our needs.NO PRESSURE SALES INVOLVED. We chose the system and made the commitment the day before Thanksgiving.

We got a call on Friday to confirm the install date Tuesday December 2. She said they would be here between 9:30 and 10:AM. Guess what, they were right on time again. The complete installation was done in one day. Both installers were very professional both in apperance and knowlege of the equipment. After the system was installed including the replacement of the thermostate, it was explaind how each system was going to work, and assured us that just because the furnace was running quieter than our old one was it was doing the job we expect. They also took the time to explain how to program the new thermostate. Just incase you forget any operation information you were given, instructions were in print at the furnace and on the thermostat.
The installation guys did a great job of clean up, taking all signs of the old equipment with them.
